The Products shown on our site are subject to availability. We will inform you by email as soon possible if the Product you have ordered is not available and we will not process your order.

As a consumer you have the right to cancel an order under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2014 at any time within the ‘cooling off period’ of seven working days after you receive the goods. You must notify us of your decision via Email to travelsnuguk@gmail.com or in writing to our registered address. If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to our registered office at your own cost as soon as possible after you have cancelled the order. We have the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense. Once you have notified us of your decision, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these Terms will affect these legal rights.

Our terms are governed by English law. This means a contract for the purchase of products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection, with it will be governed by English law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

TravelSnugs have been used successfully on numerous flights both long haul and short haul and with several different Airlines. They have also been used on some coach journeys and on Eurostar. TravelSnug is a simple, specifically shaped carry-on cushion designed to aid comfort. It is NOT a seat, booster seat or any sort of safety item, it is purely for comfort. It can be used with or without engaging the loops and the aircraft lap belt must always be visible over the blanket. The majority of Airlines and travel companies will allow children to take on cushions, neck supports and even a pillow as carry on items. TravelSnug can accept no responsibility for individual Airline Policies on carry-on items or any misuse of the product.
